The school expects both parents and/or authorized guardian of the student visit the school to ascertain the facilities offered by the school. They are required to personally come to sign the documents at the time of admitting the student. No other person other than own parents and guardians whose names and signature are given to the school will be allowed to take out the children from the school.
The academic session is from June to March. All admissions are made at the beginning of the school year. At other times also admission may be made with the special permission of the D.E.O. Applications will be considered in the order in which they come. Registration for admission will be received through out the year for the next year starting from June.
The School is a residential school as far as the middle, high school and higher secondary school is concerned. It is important that the child is prepared mentally to join a boarding school. The parents or the guardians are required to go through the Prospectus carefully to understand the things they should send with their wards when admitted to the school and boarding. Both parents and children need to be well versed with the rules and need to be absolutely happy with the school rules and regulations, its system of functioning and other details so that every child is happy once she joins the school. The school expects full support and cooperation of the parents/guardians and the students in this regard. A child is admitted only after the parents or a responsible person from the family visits the school and acquaints with its system.
The visit time is on Saturday from 1 pm to 5.30 pm. Visitors are not allowed on Sundays. Guardians and other visitors authorized by the parents/guardians may visit the girls during visit time. No visitor will be allowed during class time. For urgent matters, exceptions will be made. No visitor is allowed to spend more than 40 minutes with the pupil.
No food stuff is allowed to be brought from home. Visitors who are unfamiliar to the school authorities will not be allowed to visit the girls. Students are advised not to keep money and valuables with them. Students are not allowed to receive phone calls. In emergency cases the message will be conveyed to them through the Principal.
No girls will be permitted to leave the school in the care of strangers unless permission has been received from the guardians.
Students are not allowed to go home more than once a month. Leave for social functions will be granted only for their immediate family and only fro two days.
No students should be sent to the school at any time from home in which any one is suffering from infection diseases until the quarantine period is over. Parents are requested to be kind enough to observe these rules strictly as carelessness and over sight may have far reaching consequence in the school where many children live together.
Chicken pox – 21 days after the last appearance of rashes
Measles – 10 days after cough stops
Whooping Cough – 14 days after cough stops
Influenza – 4 days after cough stops
Influenza – 4 days after the fever leaves
Mumps –12 days after the swelling and fever have disappeared.
For information regarding fee payments and the formalities of admission to be completed, the Accounts Section / Admissions office of the school may be contacted over telephone (Telephone No. 0469- 2622725).The school is an unaided school and tuition fees are to be paid. On an average the school dues and boarding dues together for a year for the High School is slightly higher than that of the middle school.The fees will be collected per term and the same per 1st, 2nd and 3rd term respectively is in slightly declining order. The amount due for each term is to be paid at the beginning of the term. Those taking special tuition are required to pay additional amount per month. Those interested in taking part in extra curricular activities like Dance, Violin, Piano, Karate etc. are required to pay the fees for the same per term. The fees once paid will not be refunded. If a student leaves the school for any reason after the term has started, then she will have to pay the whole fees due for the term.
Day scholars are required to pay an establishment fee along with the school dues like tuition fee, special fee and computer fee.
It is obligatory that guardians signing the application forms for admission read the rules regarding payment of fees very carefully and are willing to abide by them.
School uniform in the secondary school is light green skirt and white blouse. The materials for school uniform are provided by the school on payment to maintain uniformity in colour and texture
